SEAICE MONITORING

Using its usual approach of combining several satellite sensors, SAT-OCEAN can provide both hindcast analysis
and real-time information about seaice concentration in polar regions.

HINDCAST ANALYSIS
Using its remote sensing database rich of 26 years of seaice concentration data, SAT-OCEAN can produce a hindcast analysis of
the sea ice concentration for any polar location.

REAL-TIME ASSISTANCE
With its usual approach of using several sensors, SAT-OCEAN offers a new service of seaice monitoring in polar regions.
Combining the SSM/I sensors with measurements from the AMSR-E instrument, SAT-OCEAN can provide daily sea-ice
concentration maps with a resolution down to 3 km in certain regions.
